Your proud subscriber🦭..... ...you already refreshed me at 3.35am, night shifts 🙂👀 ❤️ Stay Safe👍
Hi ..got me so excited ☺️.. Aap ye dharamshala wale broker ka naam bata saktey ho? Shop ya jo bhi please 😊 Many come online... I was wondering which one did you choose
Some day...one day definitely... I will leave everything behind and start living in manali...in this long life when u have lived enough for others there has to b a time when u shud live for yrself
In order to avoid tap water getting freezed, every morning lit up some (with wood) around the running pipe outside the home, which heats up the pipe and eventually warming up the entire water line. This will help save water / running tap over night
Thanks a lot for this video, Its really helpful I was thinking to rent a house in himachal from very long time and there was lot of confusions about renting so you have made it simple in your video.. your videos are awesome 👌 and full of information.. keep it up
@@akshaythakur7662 Hi Akshay, people here are amazing and they are making these houses just to rent them and earn money through it. So I feel there purpose is served and I feel we all belong to India and not an outsider.
@@TheVirgoCompass i am from here dear and i know my state nd my people very well ..... Thats why we youngster dont want to change The Himachal Pradesh Tenancy And Land Reforms Rule of 1975. Dont want to spoil my place like others Himalayan places spoiled.
Great video and info... I am currently in NCR and feel like moving to the mountains in an isolated place for a few momths atleast till this covid curve goes down.. Sainj valley sounds cheap to rent out because i will require a 3 bhk. I wish i cud find a way to earn in the hills amd move there permanently.... Anyways keep shooting.. Regards
Thankyou for this Video Anu. I so desperately wanted to know everything that you shared in this video so beautifully & honestly from the ground level information. Keep growing. Much love to you & Aunty Ji ❤️
I am from lower himachal and always wished to live in Kullu valley so just purchased 6 bigha land at Sangar near Sanj. Feeling so lucky. Soon shifting there waiting for my transfer as it's govt job. . .. here soul feels relaxed 👍
Hi Anu, your videos are so genuine, informative and simple. Moreover you are so true to yourself while sharing your experiences. Best part is the opinion shared by Aunty ji. "Kaam karne me bahot Jor aata hai" can feel that line as if spoken by my mom (think you are originally from Rajasthan). Keep living your dream and keep sharing❤
Pretty informative video! Thanks for that :) Just one thing. How's the internet coverage? All my work is online & that's the only grey area I have at the moment.
Hey Mrigank thank you so much. Glad that you liked the video😁. See for vodafone it’s pretty bad. Best is to have a Jio Dongle or sim which is the best and then airtel is also fine. It will also differ from place to place like you can have a broadband connection too if you are living in Manali /Naggar for a longer period or the you can check with the property as they can provide you the same facility. Among the two options, one can act as a backup.
I know her better than anyone so thanks for your judgement ✌🏻 but there is something called nervousness if you know. Also, shanti jageh se milti hai iska socially logo se connected rehne na rehne se koi relationship nahi.
Who tells you about water scarcity is in the SHIMLA. Dear SHIMLA is dream destination for every individuals across India including forigners. SHIMLA is beyond imagination. SHIMLA is Queen of hills station. Love from ROHRU, Himachal Pradesh ❤️
Hey Raj, I have not at all said Shimla is not a dream destination, it is beauty beyond imagination ❤️ I totally agree with you but on some clustered areas they are some of my friends who have faced water issues hence I highlighted the same issue
@@amyedits5547 Hey, It actually depends on the area but if you choose a city like Manali, Shimla, Dharamshala, electricity can sometimes be an issue only during the winters(snow), personal wifi are available but not in every village so if you are having jio and airtel, that would be work for the whole year and transportation is open all the year, there is no issues unless you are staying in an area where you receive very heavy snowfall and the roads are blocked.
Nice and informative video. We are just curious so have few questions in case of you can answer. Are you from Ahmedabad? And are you going to continue making vlogs on RU-vid as we see you sound very pro from the beginning itself. 🙂🙂
Hey thank you so much. I am glad you liked my video.Amm I am not from Ahmedabad but my family was there for 3 years before Manali and yes I will keep on making these vlogs. Will be posting it soon in the coming week. 😃
Nice video. We recently made tour to Himachal & nearby area. Felt like settling there but seems difficult as we don't know much about life there. As a tourist it's different. Your video gave good information. Thanks.
Beautifully picturised video ...... We Delhiite are always crazy for such a beautiful places....... But only few can reach , person like me is depend on your videos...so keep exploring for us .... Thank you so much
This is one of the most useful videos for people who are looking forward to spend some time in mountains but are totally clueless how to proceed. Plz share the links of some brokers who can help us in searching the rented house around Manali.
@@TheVirgoCompass thanks a lot. Meanwhile I saw your another video where you interacted Rishi Thakur ji and got his number there also. Thanks once again. Incredible job you are doing 👍♥️ Keep posting 😊
Thank you so much.. I really Appreciate. You don't know what you did girl.. So many people are inserting to shift in himachal pradesh for some time.. Spcly these people are working from home.. And you cleared his/her doubts.. Thank you
Nice info ; I am curios about the water taps being left open from Night to morning ? Understandable that Water Pipes freeze ( which is common worldwide whever the temps are freezing ). Ques 1) when you leave the tap open is there water coming out of it ? 2) has the landlord provided the house with a water tank ? 3) Do u guys have 24 hour electricity or....? 4) How do u heat your place in the long winters? Stay warm and enjoy !!!
1. Yes the water is coming out and the same circulate back to the tank so that it is not wasting 2. Yes it was provided by the landlord 3. Yes in this village electricity is 24 hrs only on heavy snowfall or maintenance it is not there 4. We have radiator room heaters in our house which is sufficient for harsh winters. Also you can have Tandoor at your house which is best and cheap
@@ragemodels So basically that tap is situated outside the house not inside the house unlike other taps which we use. The outside tap is again connected to the tank which is situated just upside and because the water pressure is too high there is no issue in pushing it to the tank
Very informative, especially for those willing to spend a few months there. I just subscribed to your channel so not much aware of what you have posted means your area of specialization/interest. You show us some peaceful location not much near or far from Manali, where one can plan a short stay for a month or week
Admittedly a nice video but the coverage was not as exhaustive as your other one which dealt with pros n cons of living in mountains 1- do the house owners readily accept you being ‘foreigners’ ? Are they a bit sceptical of ketting out to outsiders 2- brokers r must ? Their charges ? Or u can manage yourself ? Whether these r annual agreement ? Again, for renewing an agreement u need to pay brokerage? 3- how much your 1bhk would approx cost if u wanted to own it ?
Hey 1. No they are more than humble to accept you and make you a part of their culture and family 2. Luckily I got this via a friend as I stayed here for a month before shifting. If you can manage that it would be perfect. Annual agreement are just like rent agreement in the cities. You can create it according to the number of years you are planning, if you go for a shorter duration then yes renewal is required 3. Here you cannot own a house due to some laws, you can only lease it. Culture of 1 bhk is very less as compared to other places so I have no idea about the lease amount but you can call my house owner Rishi Bhaiya : 97363 06995 and check with him.
Thank you. This is something that I had been thinking of since some time now. Will you please help me with the below questions? 1. Do I need to pay any security deposit or advance? What if I want to stay for a month or two? 2. How is the internet connection? Thank you again
Hey Glad you liked it. 1. It depends where are you staying. If it's a hotel or hostel, you don't have to but for rent a personal house they will ask you for security and they usually don't allow for one month stay unless it's a homestay
Bro if u r willing to come then u can come to Dalhousie for a month or two nd I will provide u 1 room kitchen bathroom with free wifi of 50 Mbps speed with 200 charges per month , if intetested can contact me on 7018231726
Beautiful video I live in plains of kashmir and mountains are 50 km away from me.only once visited them nd mountais here are mostly governmental property.
Thanks a lot manish😀 Glad that you liked it. Also, Kashmir is one of my favourite destination in India. Even though you like in plains it must be tremendous and beautiful
This video giving knowledge for those people who want to come a stay.. The same thing i am looking for 1bkh room in shimla. Beacuase the purpose is for exam preparation. Looking to stay couple of months in Himalayas.. Need more information.
Good informative video kindly make a complete video on luxury cottages on rent u were talking abt n show on location n inside out of it also, but not in too remote kind area as that is more difficult in approach to market or connectivity in traveling hope u got an idea dear. Bless U 💖💖
Hey Harish, I have added few clips in the video but beyond that it was little difficult for me to show the house due to several other reasons. I hope you don’t mind✨
Yeah Vamsi even I was surprised to see that. So there are some categories if you are looking for fully furnished proper house which will be equivalent to a cottage this is a nominal price. Otherwise you have to find the original old himachali house which will be cheaper but very hard to find.
Don't spread plastic litters. If nature is loving you ,you should have to return that love Keep nature clean and enjoy. I hope you will understand. Don't consume more than minimum.
I am impress from you seriously you explain so well in short am jeolous with you.because you are enjoying in heaven. Thanks a lot sharing such important information
@@Siddharthsidd lol.... Our economy is not depend upon tourist .. we have enough industries here ... And also apple , dry fruits also.... We didn't need tourist and polluted city people who doesn't care peace and mountains
@@Siddharthsidd vocations is good but when outsider enter in hill stations they start loud music in there cars dancing in roads and they through in every mountain lots of beer can , bottels , packets .. this is stupidity . And people who belongs to small village are tired and helpless .. why city people's do this kind of stupidity ??
@@isolated-life I agree with you though I'm from city, it feels disheartened when I see people littering in a beautiful natural place and they don't even understand that we are the people who pollute things. I can feel you, I'm with you in this point
@@isolated-life got your point. I am a south Indian and never have been to himalayas or North side, but I'm aware of the problem as I see in many videos where many people creating nuisance to localers, it's not only in India we people have a bad name due to this bad habits in foreign nations as well
I am interested to stay in Manali for 6 months mainly summer and monsoon time ie May to October. Searching for fully furnished 1 BHK with kitchen utensils. Is there any kind of such type of flats are available there.
Very informative and nicely done, just curious to know these stays in rented houses are yearly contracts or for short time say month or couple of months
Hi , I liked your video ,thank you for all the information I have a question How safe is himachal for women and kids or a single family renting or living there ?
