I have a corrupted wav file, the speed is right it can play but from the middle of the song it starts to scratch seriously and you can't hear the music anymore. Is it problem because I saved it from a corrupted cd with some program so I can not do anything with it anymore?
This allowed me to recover what little audio was safe, however I sadly lost 70% (literally all of the important audio) as it's all empty space but oh well. Thanks for the tutorial.
@Liv4IT Turns out the missing parts was due to recording from a mobile audio app, when I turned my phone screen off it stopped recording until I unlocked. Saving this tutorial for future audio corruption, it's a simple but effective fix that will likely save me hours one day.
Hello! I accidentally deleted several important wav audio files from my Samsung phone and the SD card. I was able to recover the files with Wondershare Recoverit but they're corrupted. I tried this method with Audacity and VLC and even reloaded them on to my phone and nothing has worked. Any advice please?
God bless you ! i recorded audio for a 30 min video and then found out that the file was corrupted 😪 ....... i found your video and did exactly like you showed and i got my file back and running perfectly ! GOD BLESS YOU 🥰🔥😍🙌
I have a audio file which is 2 hours long. I am trying to make a new file using audacity and with the help of your video but all to no avail. 😳 Please help me please please 🙏
From my tests, the simpler the data stored on that wave, the easier it is for Audacity's 'Raw Data' operation works. If that wave file contains music or complex data, it isn't working for me, anyway.
