Here @SkyManagement we have several types of faucets in our rentals. One of the more common problems with our Delta faucets is that of the constant drip. This happens when the seals start to fail. This is due to normal wear and tear use of the faucet over time. If the overall faucet is in good condition, changing out the springs and seals is a fairly easy process that does not need to cost a lot of money.
