Распредвал сыроват. Слишком уж хорошо его резец взял. А потом еще и напильник. Ну и пора бы им уже додуматься и вкопать станок в землю. Чтоб не мучаться, не стоять перед ним, а сидеть на кортах. Так привычнее. 😊
Все бы хорошо, только втулить надо на горячую. Головка прогревается, втулка охлаждается. И в охлажденном виде садится в прогретое посадочное. Ну и с вала не нужно было спиливать закаленный слой, можно было промто полирнуть.
Тонка втулка один фиг, натяг весь снимет на проточке под вал, они выпадут до 100км пробега. Тут только один ремонт - наплавка в инертном газе распредвала и проточка постели, подбор наплавного электрода приблизит пост поверхность к твердости заводского изделия , главное не перегреть.
@@pohuistmnogoraz да, и таким макаром делают. но у них тяжко с этим или даже нет возможности. хотя бы тем методом можно было бы. вставыш можно и в виде вкладыша изготовить, как например вал привода насосов и трамблера на 2101-2130. там стальное кольцо и в нем алюминиевый слой. для Пакистанских умельцев думаю вполне реально сделать такое. они как посмотришь и не такое могут на коленке и в грязи слепить. вот с кого пример надо брать, а то зажрались, гараж не такой, инструмент плохой, камеры покрасочной нет. там вон в песке и в дыму делают вещи !)))

Well said, yeah we're all armchair judges with access to the worlds high quality stuff. This folk have nothing and know it. Yet they take scrap and make it better scrap. Well done to them really. I mean its that or starve.
So instead of surface hardened polished camshaft, now you have soft metal with rough surface finish. That "made in pakistan" tube also looked like molten pot metal from the way it machined - just compare shiny surface finish on original head versus the shit finish on that tube. And on top of that, no oil feed hole that is visible at 5:51 was drilled. Great job.
Двигатель похож на Daewoo matiz 0.8. Предполагаю что втулки при прогреве двигателя начнут крутиться, закроют масленый канал или шероховатость шеек распредвала съест их. Токарного станка достаточно и для более качественного ремонта.
@@FletcherElectronics Those are the drip feed holes from above. The pressure feed holes fed from the block thru the bottom of the head were never drilled. The cam will sieze.
@@GeorghePlays Those are the drip holes from above. Cam bearings are pressure fed from the block, thru a hole in the head gasket, and then thru channels in the head. There were no holes made in the bearings from the bottom of the head, so it is not pressure fed and therefore it will seize.
Die passt perfekt aber das Öl kommt von der gegenüber liegenden Seite er hat sogar die Nut in der Welle nach und eingefräst wie ein Nadellager die Schmierung und die Kühlung durch das Öl bräuchte pro Lager noch 2Löcher

There goes the case hardening on the cam bearing journals.... and what happened to the oil galleries. And i dont see why they are ok with scratching the mating surface of the head on the ground.

that is a waste of the customer's money.and a destruction of what remains of the engine. that crank will sieze in the bearings. taking wagers on how many turns the engine will make before it siezes. and ruined the cam as well. instead of setting the line bore tool to size that fits the cam he machines the hardened grind/polished finish off the cam. go figure...
Actually it's the camshaft lobes that take the impact (like a hammer) So they need hardened. The journal will be fine ... given the right finish ,clearance, oil,oil pressure, and temperature. N.B. the lobes of cam were not touched, so should remain hardened) the main head scratching moment, is why not leave the camshaft and fit bushings to it... it seemed fine ! But maybe not? If they knew to drill holes for oil... surely they wouldn't have missed any??🤞🧐
