What is the hardness of Silkaflex 221 or 521? I used 2-part liquid polyurethane epoxy with 60 hardness, ordered from McMaster in Long Beach, California. The epoxy stick but the engine mount vibrates again. I am trying their 2-part putty polyurethane epoxy again. Hope it works better

may i ask question sir it is necessary to chage all engine mount simultaneously or may i replace only left and ringht then if i have money again then i will change the front and rear hoping for ur reply tnx

Couldn’t just fill it with polyurethane with the engine mounted? I think a few pumps on the jack and filling the gaps would work? I’m planning on doing this on my car so change my mind

Looks kind of like permatex but i would guess Sika has more of an industrial perpose

I DID THIS, AND THE CAR SHAKE AS HELL. THIS IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. COVERING THOSE GAP IN THE MOTOR MOUNT REMOVE THE MOVEMENT IT NEED TO AVOID TRANSFERS MOTOR CHAKE TO THE STEERING WHEEL. ---- I WASTED MY TIME AND NOW I HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN. PLEASE EVERYBODY SEEING THIS: DON'T DO THIS, ITS A MISTAKE.
