If you have fan not rotating issue then check the voltage comming in fan..if voltage is coming (5volt for 5volt fans and 12v for 12v fans) then check fan ckt board and clean it and check if there are any burnt or damaged components...if available then change it your fan will work. And if voltage is not coming check the usb port and connections.
@@saktbrahman.11 try to run it with a 5volt charger or power Bank. T If it runs (then the problem is with your laptop USB ports) if it doesn't (then the problem is with your fan circuit board, check the ckt with multimeter)
