How to Repair Electric Kettle Water Leakage at Home ? 

Cave man stuff !!!! You dont need sealant. What happens is that scale gets between the seal and the body of the kettle, and over time expands to allow leakage, So strip the kettle, and use vinegar to get the worst of the scale off. Be prepared to spend half an hour or so cleaning the rubber sealing ring, and the area of the kettle that it mates to. Reassemble and you should be good to go, unless you buggered the sealing ring in your hurry to get the job done :) Kettles these days are a complete bastard, every one of em designed to fail in some way a month after the guarantee has expired. Remember the old style kettles ? nothing to leak, and replacement elements for a few quid. They went on forever, try and find one now :)

not everyone has soldering iron. and my kettle has weird triangle shaped screws. No tool in my house fits that.

A bit of exposition would have been nice. Say, in the video description. Instead the description looks like a generic filler, and it's pretty badly written. Which glue are you using? That's all I need from this.

Maybe it is white lithium grease?

If it was kept clean, it wouldn’t have ate the original seal.
