@@nogayvulf думаю,что это от бедноты и безисходности- выживают как могут.И если в этом случае как то ещё можно понять ,то когда они пытаются реанимировать абсолютно негодную к эксплуатации автомобильную шину ,абсолютно не думая о безопасности того,кто будет использовать ее ,тут я просто отказываюсь понимать .
Дорогие вы наши рукодельники, вот эта ваша работа - настоящая боль, на это ,правда, очень больно смотреть, зачем вы так, товарищи , почему вам никто не объяснил что необходимо как следует подготавливать фаски, как же это возможно то, это же так больно, сайлеетблоки запресовывают прессом и стопор ставиться под прессом, так же нельзя, это ж ответственный узел , высоконагруженый, а вы так с ним обходитесь.

Citizens of this country should be very brave people, if these vehicles are passing near by them and this is not bordering them at all. This repairing is insane. Of course if you should do something in extremely conditions for getting civilization after couple miles, you can do this, but after arriving to the box you should do everything in the wright way.
Seems like they took a simple task and repaired it poorly. I think they should have just cut the top loop off and replaced it with the one they made, losing the strength in the yoke was a bad move.🥺🙃🇺🇸

I’m normally a massive fan of these guys but this one looks a bit dodgy. But I’m guessing if these repairs are as bad as they look they would quickly run out of customers. I wonder how they managed to maintain the geometry as it has to fit back on the truck.
sure give you men credit you guys got feet made of iron all the videos I have watched they have all their toes with all that heavy iron I don't see how
It's stupidity is what it is. Unsafe working conditions, unsafe practices. Then their equipment is 50 to 75 years old, the materials they use are stressed before they are made into anything else. They don't believe in lubrication, just about everything they do is put together dry. They don't clean the surfaces before welding, so you know those welds cant take too much stress before they fail. Give this repair 2 to 4 months, & they will be doing it again.
This is no longer a solid cast control arm they are relying on the welds to hold it all together. That's scary stuff I wouldn't want to be the driver of that truck.
Interesting work but I doubt it will last long. Needs a lot more reinforcement where the plates are. In fact it probably wasn't necessary to cut the arms off - you could have ground down what was there and attach to the original somehow. That's what I would have done if I couldn't get a new one. I think it would be stronger that way.
