So does the PWM LED stays light up once you replaced the resistor? If that is the case, then if led on the pwm is not lite up then it means something is wrong? Thanks. [I am running a Treadmill motor on the bench for personal use. I am able to run the motor using its controller. I connected a potentiometer to couple of pins (that showed 12 V) I found on the board. I also found another couple of pins (showed 5V) and when I connect those two pins few other lights come on which without it the motor won't run. There is another three-pin connector (between 2 of its pins a little over 2V show), when I connect these two pins, an LED (sense light) comes on. In the 20-pin ribbon connector when I connect couple of pins there, the PWM light comes on and the motor starts but won't keep going. But the LED will not stay lit no matter what and the motor won't keep going. But if I keep touching the two pins off and on, the light goes and off and every time the light is on the motor goes but then of course it won't stay running. What is interesting is when I turn everything on, the motor LED light does not come on and without it lit the motor will not start no matter what I do with the potentiometer. So, this is what I have come to realize. After I supply power to the board, I have to wait almost 5 minutes and then I have to turn the motor by hand a little and finally the led that says motor under it comes on. Only then I turn the potentiometer dial to get the 3 HP motor going. And the PWM and it's doesn't play any role. I also leave the sense pins not connected, none of them effect the motor and the operation of it with the potentiometer 100K value that I use. And one more thing, when the motor is running using the potentiometer I notice when I tough those pins on the 20 pin for the PWM, the motor accelerates temporarily and do so if I keep touching it but then once I don't it will go back to the original speed I had it]. I know nothing about electronics so I just been playing around and finding these things out. The companies don't provide schematics not for the most. The motor and the controller is from Vision Fitness T9200HRT and on the control board ID, it says. asm-mef1j-3b
Salve, ho un apparecchio simile a quello, un po più moderno ma la scheda è uguale. Appena collego alla corrente elettrica salta subito il fusibile.. Quali sono i componenti coinvolti in questo incidente
@@KalimullahPakistan The speed sensor is not broken, it has a sound test and the machine runs, the sound is on and off. and Two MOSFETs are not broken.

Hello there. I have areofit af 793, 2hp permanent magnet dc magnet motor trademill. Its showing error 3, I thought its issue with speed sensor but its not there. Please make a video about this as I don't have access to any technician around my village. 😜😜😜😜
