You have to troubleshoot it to know the problem. Is the cable between your camera and the solar panel extended? If it's extended, there could be power loss. And you wouldn't be able to do anything with the camera, including you resetting it.

Test the sim card. Check if it is still active, and if there is data on it

Please help, the PTZ in my v380 Pro is not working. No records stored in SD Card. I use 512G in my cctv according to the seller.

The maximum memory should be 128gb. 512gb might be too heavy for the camera to process.

hello friend you know what could be the problem when the ac adapter is blinking camara not working if i unplug light of the ac 12 v adapter stop blinking like when i try with a new one, no the problem is the camera you know what woulb be the problem?

Check if the batteries are fine. Check if the cables from the batteries are connected to the board.

Troubleshoot it by resetting the camera, confirming that there is data on the sim card, confirm if the sim card is active and not blocked, changing the network provider of the sim card, check for the dominate network in your environment. If any of this does not work, reach out to your supplier.

After pressing the direction button to rotate the camera, listen to the sound the camera makes. If the camera makes a sound, it means something is obstructing the movement. Screw the camera and remove the obstruction.

If the camera doesn't make any sound after pressing the direction button, then you can reset the camera.

If it doesn't work after resetting it, unscrew the camera, check the cables of the rotors, and ensure that they are connected to the patch board. I've encountered a situation like this before, when the cables had detached from the board.
