I just installed and configured ST 907 via text and can track it via text but can’t seem to login to the app or web using the device ID and the default password of 123456. Kindly assist.

Troubleshoot it by resetting the camera, confirming that there is data on the sim card, confirm if the sim card is active and not blocked, changing the network provider of the sim card, check for the dominate network in your environment. If any of this does not work, reach out to your supplier.
Is it only possible to change the ringtone/doorbell sound on the speaker thing with Bluetooth? Or also on the doorbell itself? The doorbell it self has a horrible sound.
They don't have any cuatomer service which is horrible My 2nd awit won't connect bc it says old owner must log off even tho I'm the first owner!! 😮 Crazy why can't they have customer service or email somewhere and get answers? Because Google doesn't have the answer. And resetting the button doesn't do a factory reset!!! 😠 😠 😡
on my app for some reason, the human detector and motion detecting buttons keep turning off. I will save them turn them on and save them and it might last a day or two and then I noticed I’m not getting notifications at my door so when I check it again, they turned off again. anybody else experience that
I bought one of these a few months ago and have never been able to install it. The instructions tell you to scan the QR code and there is one to scan on either the box or the doorbell. Also having installed the aiwit app, I cannot log in, so I tried to set up my account and received notice that I already had an accout with the same details. Tried to log in with those details and came back saying wrong accout or password!!!! Have I been scammed?
aiwit sucks, worse app ever! The devices will work for a short time then u will never be able to reconnect it, they want money, hate giving it for free, total rip off. Camera doorbells, solar cameras for outside, doest matter what u buy from these chinese companies, they will only work for a short period of time.
To add this device, the original owner must first remove it from their account. This prevents unauthorized access and ensures security. Please help I bought the device new
Replying to a comment made. You're right. Have had one of the same,worked for couple months then stopped. Then purchased a V5 no momery card. It wouldn't connect to the wifi because of registration number. It seems those people only out to make money and give the public a ran for their hard earnings. It's a waste of time.
