mine has a hex screw downward impossible to get too

That's not good, must be another way to take it off. All I can say is just keep trying I never came across one with hex screw sorry I wasn't any help.

Sorry I couldn't be more clearer on the video but so hard to show on camera. To be honest not the easiest, really fiddly job so no time limit just take your time
