Unplanned work around found and you can save time without removing the bumper cover.
In this video we replace the lower DRL assembly (some call a fog light), on a 6th generation Camaro,
As many know there are not that many videos out there that get into removing the DRL from the bumper cover and those that do have you removing the entire front of the car (that was our plan as well) but halfway through the job we discovered a way to fish out the fixture without removing the entire bumper cover.
However it ended up being another problem that required further trouble shooting and removing the front of the car anyway ha ha (break in the wiring harness found, be on a separate video).
