Thank you just installed my new bulb. Do you think it’s okay if bulb is not tight and totally flush like original?

GREAT. Thanks for the comment. Yes, I believe there may be a little play on the fit. Mine isn't 100% tight in the housing either. Just make sure the wiring is correct, and you should be good to go!

How did actually remove the old light bulb? I saw the plastic putty knife, but not how you used it to remove the bulb. Thanks

I used the putty knife to pry between the bulb and the wall. I really didn't need it, but it can be helpful if you have difficulties. I hope this offers more clarity. Great question!
