Someone decided to remove the clips from mine, and it was the only one in white they had. I discovered it after I installed it, wondering where the clips were. I did find a pried hole in the package. The parts seem to be staying together well, though. ...unbelievable what people will steal.

the white knot is like tied to the toilet. i cant get it off. the guy who installed it was a.garbage used cheap plastic lever which broke easily. Yet he managed the know so f strong and tight that u can't take it off easily.

Bro toilet need long time press to flush ( abt 10 sec ) , if short time flush the water doesn't flush . What may be the solution??
