How to replace a Wheel Hub Bearing with magnetic encoder for ABS cars - NSK

does the magnetic area have it all around? oh only in the area you showed bearing ???

I recently changed my front wheel hub bearings and the speedometer doesn't work anymore...steering is stiff as hell...pls help

bearing's with magnetic encoder seal, is the encoder seal suppose to spin with the bearing?? or is the encoder ring internal, and moves inside the bearing. wondering if the shop messed up the new bearing. the seal/encoder ring is spinning when i turn the wheel
