I am just about to begin my job as a developer in 3 months and I still have some trainings to complete my power button wasn't working (sometimes it did and usually it didn't), repairshops in my hometown have zero technical knowledge so all they do is to advice replacement, and they asked me 250dollars for replacement!(converted from inr) I don't have even that much, your video saved me so much trouble and money man, thanks a lot, keep making them as many more like me will be saved (All I did was replace the internals of dead power key with working END key) Funny thing is I tried all the complicated BS, like gerting rid of my undervolt, updating bios, Resetting my windows!

if youre really desperate to replace an important key, you can pop out another typically unused key (like the "]" or "}" key) and use that

Thanks, I felt something under the key and it was uncomfortable, I ended up just lifting it gently with a knife without popping it out and I blew from one side for whatever was there to get out and it worked nicely.
