Thanks my local dealership said this would cost $700. Now I can go curse them out for trying to take advantage of their customers.

What a bunch of jerks. The filter costs less that 20 dollars on our site and it has free shipping.

The dealership took my cabin filter out and I said no to a 200 replacement. I told them to put it back, now my glove compartment door just falls open when I open it, it didn't do that before. It slowly opened.

They did not re-attache your dampener arm. If they also removed your filter why did it cost money to open a box and install a new one. They already did the work.

My dealer says the 2016 Trax doesn't have a cabin air filter....hmn

They may not all have the cabin air filter option but if it does it will be the same process as this video. It would be good to check your vehicle before purchasing a filter.
