На моём грузовике тоже нужно чулок поменять , но жаль что в наших краях таким ремонтом не занимаются , приходится менять целиком мост , а это очень дорого . Глаза радуются когда вижу таких мастеров своего дела , класс 👍

Si ahí les faltó mostrar el montaje en torno para dar el ajuste para la punta a ensamblar. Ahí lo muestran muy de papayita como si ya trajera el diámetro interior maquinado . Como no moñito
I had a guy that I used for years, he would come out where ever the truck or trailer was and weld the damaged spindle and turn it down to perfection with his homemade lathe. I never had a comeback. But if this new spindle was available back then i could have done all the repairs myself.
I used to do that back when I was doing commercial truck Road Services for , I would fix a lot of those shipping containers axles had their trailer back on the road in 6 hours
Блин работу чётко выполнили, но есть одно но как там себя чуствует соосность двух шеек оси, левого и правого колёса? Как временное решение имеет место быть, но на счёт эксплуатации длительный период, думаю вылезут проблемы с ступичными подшипниками, полуосями мостовым редуктором и всем остальным 😮
seems to me alignment is provided by the 2 axles being a tight fit in the tube if the tube is machined to a specified tolerance ( parallel ) the axles are welded into place to keep everything in position , I don't have access to the makers specification , so this is not a point to debate about how close the alignment would be , a large piece of axle does go into the tube , so I am assuming the tolerance is defined by the length of axle that goes into the tube , after heating when the tube cools down ( contracts ) this pulls everything into the right position , this sentence could have been better written hope it makes sense .... thank you for showing this video more please ❤❤❤ .... !!!!

Great job but as a welder I'd be doing at the very least a 3 pass 7018, and heat up that donkey dick tell its blue before you weld it so it prevents cold cracking
I don't believe it's a good way to do the joint ..... slots in the outer tube then welded onto the stub new piece through the slots puts no stress in the new piece as the welded joint will or am I mistaken?
