Hi, is there any possibility to separate the plastic bezel of the display from the actual display itself? I have a bug stuck underneath the screen, right in the middle, and was considering opening it up to remove it, but everywhere I go it seems to have no other fix than exchange the entire screen assembly, the display works perfectly apart from the dead bug inside...
Is the display for macbook same as iPhone display? For example if you change iPhone display you loose the Face ID and other functionality… would you loose any functionality if you replace the screen yourself?
@@seanfeehan5976 Because of true tone... if you put an aftermarket display it isn't going to have true tone, and going with this extra steps I think you could keep it cuz it is basically the same screen, i guess?
