Very informative. The one thing he failed to mention is that he took the tensioner pulley off. We had to do the same thing in order to get the tensioner adjustment bolt as loose as possible using WD-40 and elbow grease. Before we did that we could not get the belt on. Otherwise, very good. I thought i remembered correctly on removing the ac belt thanks. Still have a ways to go. Till i reach the lifters and i noticed the timing belts lose on the right bank so now i also have to inspect the two tensioner zzzzzzzzzz
I just replaced that adjustable bolt. m10 x 1.25 x 70mm remove ▪Rad fans ▪alternator ▪AC comp. ▪bracket mount behind AC ▪bolt should come out heat it up, take off broken bolt, clean it out with a die set, lub it up, put adjustable bolt and install new bolt when installing, best to clean both adjustable bolts on AC and power steering sides. process 4hrs-5hrs reverse what you took off
Kia carnival 2005 2.5l. Please, I need your kind help. I scan the engine the reading shows po303 and po303. Please what should I do to solve the problem.. I changed all the 6 spark plugs to new ones but the car still misfiring showing po303 and po306.
