Roger-that, Good instruction steps. I would have liked to have seen more detail of the 'flip-thingy' behind the fender wheel liner, after a suggestion to remove the wheel IF the 'flip-thingy' could not be found feeling blind. Install my light assy's, I found to use my long-time way to install bolts on the end of the ratchet extensions when there is no room for an arm-install/reach. Install the bolt, take the socket, place the bolt hex in the socket and mask tape the 2 mating 'edges', guide the extension with socket/bolt down to the threaded hole, "right-tighty it", retract the socket, the tape slides off the bolt edge.
