I would try a different blower, you're getting power to it. Test the blower plug again while adjusting the blower speed.

Maybe because the fuses are corroded which typical lose the current causing things not to function. Try replacing them maybe thats the cause.

Tony Etrador you probably fixed it but I would have checked the distributor/distributor cap or spark plugs.
