Hey @BackYardBuiltHondas love these videos! How did the bolt on core support turn out for the EM1? I'm working on an RSX right now that I'm probably gonna do this for..
Good morning, video very precise, useful, thank you. I own a 1999 Honda EJ9 Civic VI and I would like to do the conversion, but I don't know where to buy this kit because I'm in Italy. I wanted to ask where can I buy the kit and how high is the adapter plate from the base. Thank you.
*_Looking into this add well! Want to get a 3 point strut bar, but not sure if it will fit with the Y7 intake since it goes up and beds. Meanwhile the Y8 is just like flat. I'll try to attempt the install and if not I'll have to do the Y8 intake conversation 🥹_*
you probably have figured it out by now, but i just did this swap and i was having the same kind of idling problem, idles high and when i give it throttle it would drop and start surging up and down. the problem was i had the MAP sensor and TPS sensor swapped around on accident, they look the exact same so it is an easy mistake to make for anyone having the same problem
Hi I have a 1991 civic and had replaced my distributor now it’s not starting up? I didn’t look at the lining up on the distributor tooth. But it fits right in. Did I now damaged something? Or can I still take it out to try and lined up the tooth? Please help.
@@Yomomzgavemetop I mean I work at a shop where we do this stuff and never got these before I have a cousin who says they ride nice a bit bouncy but nice been in it so I think they good
on my 1990 dodge OBD1.. you turn ignition key to accessory position 3 times...then leave in accessory position..and flash reading will start. thought id share that dont knoiw if relevant but it is OBD1
I have civic 97 dx coupe, i bought integra rear arms but i don't what rear line brakes i need to buy, the arms have the e brake cable already but my car is not abs
I have a similar tool on the same head. I got the first 2 and have tried every other one. I screwed the tightening bolt down all the way, and the keepers are still locked in? Whats the problem?
Thanks for the video. Straight forward with only one sensor to replace. I have a 1999 manual transmission 2 wheel drive. Have the same issue on ABS light is on. I'll replace that switch this weekend. You mentioned your speedomoter was not accurate, jumping around and getting stuck. Mine is simular, does not register speed intil I'm going 30 MPH or so. I"m not understanding the relatinship with the ABS sensor and the Speedo gauge. Is that where Ford takes the speed readings, not the wheel rotation? Question: did replacing the sensor "fix" you speedo issue too? ...and bro, be safe our there, please put on your seat belt. Want to see more videos, and keep you from injury. Cheers!!
Found this to answer my Q to you. From a parts site: The Speed Sensor(s) measure rotational speed of the transmission shafts. Common failure symptoms include: Erratic Speedometer Behavior Harsh or Improper Shifting Loss of Cruise Control Surging or Hesitation Check Engine Light On
I saw your last video. You don't know what a leakdown tester is, how to build one or how it operates. All you're doing is measuring the compressed air from your compressor. You could have done it without anything more than the hose from the spark plug to the compressor without any gauges.
Im kinda curious.. aren't the callipers and brake rotors the same from an acura integra... wont be eazy just to buy the brackets for the callipers and go get some cheap parts at the junk yard i mean imvesting 300 in stopping on a slow car .. dont feel like worth it that much
