This video inspired me to order a set of quickstruts around a year ago. Weather was unusually warm for this time of year so I decided to get them installed. The tips in this video are outstanding. The heat on the nut that is always froze was right on the money.
Finally a video that doesn’t explain how to take off the wheel for 20 minutes Quick simple and to the point, the way repair videos should be, thank you and keep up the great videos
This is dead on accurate to the vehicle i have. And it looks fairly easy. I need to stop freaking out about it. Your video was very detailed and thorough. Thank you so much man.
Doing anything new is always a bit frightening until you get familiar with all the parts of the puzzle and the correct tools and order of tasks . Thank you
I fucking love this video. Doesn't hand hold you through shit. It's made for people who already know how to work on cars. Just tells you the outline of the job and any bull shit you might run into.
I did first strut this afternoon just before dusk. Quick and easy with these instructions. Got lucky with the link. Wd40 did the trick. Being in the rust belt I was surprised.
I’m a 70 year old Great Grandma and don’t have the money for a new car or Machinic. Thank you so much for the detailed information and Video. If I could send you a pie I would!!
Quick and to the point. I was wondering if it was easier to split the upper ball joint and swing the knuckle down but I can see that you can do it by pulling the wishbone bolt. Great video, thanks!
@@DavidTrabue I had a lot of rusted bolts so I had to buy some stronger tools, but with the help of my friend it was a complete success. I wasn't strong enough to take the Link bolts off myself due to the rust. Still have the car now and the struts are great.
