Hi, I completed my engineering without having much knowledge on cars and what are different parts present, how they work, so how could I get more knowledge about these parts in details, what is procedure I need to follow ?

That knuckle came apart so easy... my lower ball joints just didn’t wanna let go from the steering knuckles. No amount of beating or soaking with ATF and acetone helped and I wasn’t going to torch anything soaked with so much petroleum products. I ended up using a hacksaw to cut the studs and then a three jaw puller to pop the studs outta the tapers. They came out like bullets!

Good demo dude, my wife's 2010 needs upper and lower ball-joints changed. I might just throw the discs up in the lathe for a clean up while they are off anyway

Do you drive it for a short time and then double check the axle nut?

How much of a front lift do you have with the tbars ? I have the rancho rs5000s too but find the ride not to be great. Im thinking of putting bilstein 4600s with a slight extension instead

Where did you find an upper ball joint arm assembly with a grease fitting?

Do you have to remove the axle from the steering knuckle? I have locking hubs and would really like to avoid it if i can.

Bro, I would'nt recommend torching the arm to anyone. At least say not to make the metal glow if they do. If you look at the wear on your tyres, you'll see that you probably have shock absorber issues too though that could have been the ball joint depending on how worn it was? Are the rears the same? If not, it might be time for a tyre rotation and a burnout or 3. cheers.
