ok so i did this with my keycap already, but its still loose. and everytime i hit it from the bottom edge it falls off again

Hey folks... I didn't even need to remove the key. My Surface Pro stuck keys were "!/1" and "x/'X". I simply pried it up, as shown in this video, but not so much as to remove it, and presto, both keys are working again. If it repeats, I might try to remove and clean them, but until then.. better safe than sorry.
