One of a common maintenance items for a Pinball Machine is the rubber rings; those rubber bumper pads on the flippers and around targets. This video will show you how to replace these rings.

Thanks for taking the time to make and post this video. Much appreciated! The new rings looks great on your James Bond machine. What a difference! I plan on replacing all of the rubber on my Gottlieb Tee'd Off machine with a similar kit, along with a good cleaning, tomorrow as a Sunday project. Mine are even worse..I had one ring snap so I haven't been able to play. I am a novice working on machines but this looks like something I can handle. Thanks again Bruddah!

Those two center yellow plastic pieces you point out around 5:30 are the type I'm really struggling with on my Gottlieb Central Park. How do you keep tension between those two while also keeping the plastic piece above it?

New Machine Owner. Where do you get replacement flipper covers? The rubber rings that go around the flippers?

they can in the same kit he got. I've been looking into ones from www.titanpinball.com , Their rings are made from specially formulated silicone that provides a durable, easy to clean, vibrant replacement for standard pinball rubber. silicone rings are resistant to UV light and less susceptible to drying and cracking, giving them a much longer lifespan than traditional rubber. hope to change mine soon. good luck!
