Ouah Zareh thank you so much for your precious time, can you tell us which year is better to buy for this generation of Saab? Now that I know that the ECU is on the engine...and the amplifier under the seat....(shame on you GM....)
Hi Simon, ECU failure is common on SAAB 9-3 2003-2011 because of location. Heat and vibration from the engine can cause failure. You can install ECU saver kit heat shield to prolong the life. For the amplifier, original rubber mats and keeping the carpet dry are the only solution. Yes, engineering is the main issue.🙂👍
