Just used this tutorial for my 2006 e350 4matic! All went well, did the air filters while I was at it. Highly suggest anyone else doing this job do them as well. From what I understand using anti-seize on plugs can make your torque spec inaccurate and you can overtighten, so I avoided any anti-seize. I did use spark plug grease as shown in this tutorial though. Another smart option for those willing, is to run a compression test to see the general health of your engine during this process. Very easy just need the right tools and some extra time. I opted to skip this as I had a compression test done last year, however it wouldn't have taken all that much longer.
