Went to tange my blades and the bolt turns while the blade is stopped it it making for an interesting job i for see an angle grinder to cut the nut from the blade in my future. Previous owner did a number on this thing.
You're kidding me you need a spindle already on a 2022 mower... It would be nice for you to show the people how to replace the S-Series spindle with the star series... And save them a ton of money and give them a lot more choices for mower ..blades
I hit a few rocks with my XT1 LT46 and the blade fell off, then I used a random flanged nut that didnt quite fit and stripped the bolt on the spindle. This video seems like it’ll help a lot thanks.
This video should make it fairly easy to replace the whole spindle assembly and I would recommend replacing both the spindle assembly and the blade, with new hardware too.

The original bolts just didn’t seem to be in the best condition but you definitely could always reuse them. I just tend to replace them if they’re cheap so I know everything is new and isn’t going to be rusty and hard to get off in the future.
There might be more recommended items on that Spindle Assembly Amazon link, look on that page to see what others may have also purchased. And I always like to put the make and model of the mower in to make sure the parts fit, and double checking reviews/Q&A as well.
@@VinnieT Contacted 8Ten and after install I can confirm their PN: c-spn-0053 is a direct fit for changing the S-Blade to 6 point star on a 2022 XT1 LT46. Their LawnRazor mulching blades did an awesome job today too. So glad to be able to get $30 blades that work much better.
