Never have I known such a ridiculous design of a car that it makes the battery so difficult to replace. I recently bought two small socket spanner sets, but I can't get either of the wrenches into the space above the negative terminal! Mine's a 2006 Focus 1600 Sport.
It is essential to have the bar you are removing at min 3:00? My new battery is a bit bigger and it can no longer fit well. Thank you

Hi @Vlad Fortuna. We strongly advise you to put this bar back. If you have an accident, the battery could become a projectile that you surely don’t want to meet.
Great Video, I can see you guys put effort in it. One small question, if I remove the battery, will my Radio ask for code? Or any other Tech that requires update after the battery swap? Thank you.

Yes sure it's likely possible that the radio ask you for the code. We never had problem with other tech after a battery swap, or maybe for the start and stop one...
