That's awesome! Will probably be the easiest thing I do to this car. Which is awesome because I really wanted to keep the stereo original. Now I can!!!
We also have a new version that controls if from the radio. enfigcarstereo.com/radio-installation-audi-a4-s4-rs4-2002-2008-B6-B7/?make=Audi&model=A4/S4/RS4
I just got an audi llike this, the video is awesome!!! I have a question, before making the purchase just want to be sure the 30 pin connector has current, how can I know that?? Honestly I've never used it? Where must I go in the stereo before? Hope you can help me.
They usually do not work because of banged up pins or software issues. I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish but you can probably google 30 pin pinout.
It came with an ipod dock. Everyone used an iPod back then. If it makes you feel better the 2008 Mercedes S-class also only had a 30 pin ipod connection and Bluetooth for calls only. And that car always get technology first.
@@Enfig Maybe in the USA, my one has a cd player in the glovebox? And I have checked everywhere and can only find an aux port, next to the cupholder, I suppose I can always upgrade to a new system with apple play etc....
If the bluetooth adapter plugs into an old iPod dock could you not just plug the bluetooth adapter straight into the iPod dock that is already there and save loads of time and messy wires?
The factory iPod adapter requires that an iPod be connected in order to work. Out iPod adapter does not so the Bluetooth dongle works with our iPod adapter.
If you have the iPod cable and not the dock you will probably need an adapter that connects behind the radio. I have an 08 q7 and just learned I have an iPod retrofit kit in my center console. There is a phone button in my car but I’m guessing no Bluetooth cause it’s never allowed me to connect
Not sure if this has been asked yet: When this is connected, will the radio always be in the ipod mode? Or can I swap over to standard radio or cd and back? If I disconnect the Bluetooth on my phone will it turn off?
Hello, is the specific one in the video called the "Enfig AUT-BTA-AUX " on your website? I clicked the link and it's showing me a wide selection. Thanks!

So I just purchased an audi a4 2007 , however, it didn't bring an ipod connector in the glove box. Can I purchase your bluetooth cable and connect it to the stock radio?
Yes we have this part with the behind the radio connections. Here is a link to all the parts for your car. The Factory iPod dock will not take our Bluetooth dongle without the interface because the factory iPod dock does not open the audio ports until it sees an iPod connected.
In the link there exists a lot of models, If my audi a4 is just the same as the video, what should I choose if I want to play wireless music and also receive calls??
If you have the CD changer or iPod dock in the glove box then this is our new unit that also takes phone calls. shop.enfigcarstereo.com/product/enfig-gbl3aut/ Its basically a GBL3AI2 but with a glove box connection cable.
@@pnwrider8346 Here is an old video of the device but connected behind the radio with the navigation radio. But the functionality is the same. There is not way to activate Voice dial from the radio but you can pickup and hang up from the radio. If you have your phone set up to say Hey Siri/Hey google that always works. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RffZX-Ezyec.html
Would I be able to use this with an Audi A4 2014 model? I have the MMI with bluetooth for navigation but not music & it has the old ipod jack in the glovebox. Using an ipod -> iphone jack convertor cord atm but it's not a great solution since it doesn't charge the phone
Unfortunately the 2014 A4 uses the Audi AMI port. This interface is a "CD changer emulator" so it is not compatible with a 2014. There are some units that do Bluetooth for your car but none that are reliable enough for us to sell.
I am about to buy the Enfig GBL3AUT and the Enfig PKT-VW07 for a car exactly like the one you are showing in the video, mine is an Audi A4 2007 with no navigation, are they the right parts? Thanks
Hi. I have a 2007 Audi A4 with iPod dock in glovebox. I see there are newer versions available. What exactly do I need to order to enable Bluetooth streaming on my stick headunit?
The unit in this video has been temporarily discontinued because the price of the parts went up so much that it is only $10 less than the GBL3AUT. And the GBL3AUT controls from the radio and has Bluetooth for calls and a USB for memory sticks. It does not come with an AUX or old 30 pin iPod cable but they can be added using the 9 pin round connector. If you are reading this in the future check the website. We have been looking for a replacement but we are having a hard time finding a quality product the the lower price.
This does not do phone calls. Here are interfaces that do phone calls. Make sure to select your car. shop.enfigcarstereo.com/product-category/interfaces-for-iphone-and-android-bluetooth-usb-and-aux/?swoof=1&pa_interface-features=bluetooth-for-calls&product_cat=audi-interfaces&really_curr_tax=52-product_cat
The Factory iPod dock will not take our Bluetooth dongle without the interface because the factory iPod dock does not open the audio ports until it sees an iPod connected.
Hi Folks, I've been to your shop link (the one in blue above) to buy this setup for my 08 TT and your site says you have nothing that fits my car. Can ya please help me figure out how to buy this setup from you? Many thanks, t
Because of the worldwide microchip shortage we do not have any radios in stock so I can't sell you a lot with a radio. But I ha e rhe rest of the parts in stock.

Hey there I got the Enfig GBL3AUT for my 2008 A4. I am connecting it to where my old iPod 30 pin dock would go. I can't seem to connect it to Bluetooth. Did I need the 30 pin cable and bluetooth adapter? That wasn't included in the Kit I purchased. Let me know if there is anything I might be doing wrong
This is the number one question I get for this device. The pin is 8888. We actually put in on the site hoping people see it. shop.enfigcarstereo.com/product/enfig-gbl3aut/ The pin code is in the user guide section 7 (connecting a phone) Line 4. Everyone misses it because your get tired of reading and you skip right over it. It’s the most asked after sales question I get.

Call us for support. That usually only happens when there is already an adapter behind the radio. The glove box connection is an extension that starts behind the radio.
Can anyone help me ? I disassembled the radio components in the back to remove and replace a damaged bumper. Now my IPod connection has no sound. Everything else is working fine. Anyone know where a diagram is or where this connection is in the back? Ending; I’ll buy this kit if I can get it working again….
I bought this adapter. It arrived today, with no paperwork whatsoever. Simple enough to assemble and attach, but no mention of what THE BLUETOOTH NAME IS!!! And whatever it is, neither of my THREE phones could find it! I AM NOT HAPPY.🤬🤬🤬
I apologise we have been selling this adapter for 2 years and this issue has never come up. I appreciate the feedback. The name is either I-Link or I-BT. If it does not come up just call us in the morning for technical support. It's 10pm so there is none in the office right now.
Understandable.... however, I live in a 78 unit condo complex. A search for a Bluetooth device is like guessing how many jellybeans are in a jar. I appreciate the information.

It took me a month to reply to your comment. I honestly don't have the time to do that. I've had a RU-vid channel for over 15 years and it hasn't even crossed my mind. But I'm curious what makes you say that?
