Well thats how to do it if you dont give a crap. A much more thorough job could have been demonstrated. Properly clean the hub to the best of your ability so the disc mounts without interference and use copper grease to avoid it rusting on, regrease the slide pins, actually use new shims, copper grease on the brake pad wings so they dont bind or corrode onto the shims, make sure the cylinder is fully wound back, bleed the brakes after re assembly, check the fluid level and re install the resevoir cap.
