How to replace the helmet strap clip

Thanks a lot! Having my first helmet I couldn't figure out how to shorten the left strap. Other similar videos don't mention it at all, but this one clearly shows there's a removable element in the back of the helmet that the strap is led through. Thank you again sir, my helmet fits excellent now :)
