Dan.....take my advice......it extremely necessary for a good tech to have leftover screws at the end of job....it just to scratch the head and then said....well!!!!! It's working already....🤓🤓🤓🤓...good work though...👍👍👍
Hi, i have a xerox c60 and lately the prints comes out with a white line all across the sheet. Changed the drums, fusor and the line still there... any clue?
@Just A Printer. Good work on changing the sidelay belt on the MBO sir! Plus you had to figure out the fine tuning by adjusting the end pulleys to get the correct belt alignment. Just watching you lace up the belt at the drive end of the sidelay, I noticed that the belt is driven on its "face side". So the belt surface gets the wear and tear from the paper, "drag" from the balls in the sidelay and the "push" from the drive pulley! So it's doing a lot of work! Looks like the old belt was maybe the original factory fitted belt with woven backing. Like you said it would be wise to check the belt alignment after it has stretched and bedded in. All good! Stay safe and well.
