Hey I did this and now it’s not charging when connected to the switch and it doesn’t work when disconnected, the lights on the side aren’t turning on either, any ideas on what happened

Sometimes the battery cable can be loosened during opening. Have you checked to see if the power cable got disconnected by accident?
