How to Replace the Rollers on a Jason Residential Stacking Door
(01) Open Sliding Door
(02) Remove ABS27 from the top of the stile
(03) Remove bottom screw from stile
(04) Tap stile off door using deadblow hammer and nylon block
(05) Remove stile from door
(06) Using screw driver slide out roller and remove from bottom rail
(07) Slide new roller into bottom rail
(08) Reset the glazing rubber to glass
(09) Re-fit stile to door and tap into place
(10) Screw ABS27 to the top of the stile
(11) Screw bottom screw into stile
(12) Adjust height of roller if required (clockwise up / anticlockwise down)
(13) Test operation of door
