Do you have a video on the lock itself not going all the way down to the locking position? Mine gets stuck in the middle and won’t unfold to the locking position

S o on my sliding door the screw adjustments are not on each end of the door but on the side that faces in towards my dinning area, what wheels do I need for replacement ?
