Another video recommends turning off the ignition after setting the wipers into the service position to avoid the risk of the wipers operating unintentionally (possibly from the rain sensor). This seems a prudent and simple additional step.
I dont kniw if anyonw will reply now but...i have a 19 v60 the non volvo stamped end cap fell off while brushing snow unnoticed. Can i order replacement caps seperate? Second question i have heated wiper option on my car ..do these work or is there a certain one for them?
Is there a trick to removing the blade from the arm? I’m pressing the buttons just like you are showing, but there seems to be some thing holding it back. It’s very difficult. I think I may try to just put the rubbers on without blade removal. Thanks for the video.
@@Alfafella Thanks, I was able to get the driver side off, but no go on the passenger side. However, per your instruction, I got the end cap off and was able to replace the rubber while still connected to the arm. Difficult, but doable. Thanks again for the vid!
