Another video recommends turning off the ignition after setting the wipers into the service position to avoid the risk of the wipers operating unintentionally (possibly from the rain sensor). This seems a prudent and simple additional step.

I dont kniw if anyonw will reply now but...i have a 19 v60 the non volvo stamped end cap fell off while brushing snow unnoticed. Can i order replacement caps seperate? Second question i have heated wiper option on my car ..do these work or is there a certain one for them?

You dont need to remove whole wiper, rubber can be changed while the wiper is on car.

great video, thank you, but I cannot seem to find a part number for just the inserts alone, only the complete arms?

Is there a trick to removing the blade from the arm? I’m pressing the buttons just like you are showing, but there seems to be some thing holding it back. It’s very difficult. I think I may try to just put the rubbers on without blade removal. Thanks for the video.

There is no need to take the whole blade assembly off. Just the rubber blade.

If anyone is here looking for help don’t remove the arm just replace the rubbers on the car…
