Didn’t hear a reason “why” you’re changing it, however my right side suddenly lost some “power” today and lost its ability to stop when I stop, in other words if I drive forward with the throttle the right side takes a moment to catch up and I had to use the left side handle to pull back, then if I stop with the throttle the right side rolls forward.. any thoughts? Already did the oil change, didn’t fix it. No breaks in anything visibly.
How did you pulll the control lever off the bottom? I have an MTL that I need to swap a left hydro on but the control linkage is stuck on the shaft. I have not been able to get a puller on it due to the 2 levers on it.
Im having an issue with my machine being very jerky and trying to buck me off when i turn right. I changed the transmission spring and its still doing it. I changed the hydro oil aswell. Any ideas
@KenMrKLC hey Ken. I figured it out. Some brackets for the chasis were cracked and the bolt that connects the battery plate to the front of the chasis wasnt there. Must of fell off. Its really important for the bolt because its part of the stability of the chasis. It was causing the machine to go crazy when turning right. Runs smooth and amazing now. It was alot of work throughout the winter. Now im thinking of rebuilding the old engine cv20. Its got a 2 yr old ch680 in there now. I wanted to have a back up incase. The cv20 original was done once before by my brother so im going to tear it down and see if its worth it.
