I did the belt test, and the noise not disappeared, what could be? Do you have any other tip?

If the noise does not go away after removing the belt, the noise is coming from inside the engine

How did you know it was the water pump and not the tensioner or the alternator or something else on that belt? My 2011 Camry is making that same kind of noise.

I know this from experience but you can remove the drive belt and spin them by hand to check what the noise is.

Is the ac pulley supposed to spin freely? The one on my car is a little stiff as well as the water pump pulley

It’s different with each and every car. Check either your coolant reservoir and it’ll tell you or look at your manual with the car. Its extremely important to put the right coolant in the reservoir because it can damage the water pump faster and other parts

If you are talking about the black piece then yes that piece is needed. It seals the water pump to the engine block. Otherwise, antifreeze will leak out
