how do you get the regulator down if motor does not work?

What do I do if the window motor is bad? I want to replace motor and regulator but can't get window down to remove the glass screws?

This isn't same as 2001 and why would you be replace regulator if window still goes up and down

Nice video. I probably would stick to a socket wrench for tightening 2 bolts that hold the glass to the regulator. Especially for a DIY mechanic.
