Please i got a question, my prinnter send the printings with some marks, i already opened the printer and took out the fusor and i noticed there´s like a plastic around the fusor, that´s why there are marks, cause there are like blisters in the plastic, i don´t know if that´s normal, cause that never happened with another fusors i have had
my suggestion would be to measure the length off the screw that is protruding before you remove it and then when you replace the tension screws tighten them back up to this measurement
