I get a footstraps screws( to long) inside the board. Do you have a video how to repair that? Epoxy? silicon?

Fill it up with epoxy, then drill a new hole for the screw👌

Sorry but totally in professional! You should apply carbon fiber on the plug! And inside off pvc foam Good luck
