Thanks for this. Very informative. I found my filters a little too tight to undo by hand ... how can one get that wrench tool ? My system and the replacements I purchased did not come with it ! Is there a part number ?

Depends on how much water pressure you have. I think mine is normally about a hour.

Believe the gallon container referring to the blue one you use to empty water out from your storage tank that you don’t want to waste during the process of emptying the tank of water and pressure

If you have the same filter system that i have, i have the filters in the description and in the first comment. You might have to click on see more so you can see the entire comment or description. Hope this helps you out. That is what i buy every time it is enough filters to change twice.

I understand the sediment filter is installed closest to the water lines on the end, but does it matter when the post filter and the other carbon filter is inserted?

Sorry, never did this on a rain soft system. If your system looks similar I’m gonna guess it should be really close.

So, I hooked this system up in a shed connected to a garden hose but idk if I did it correctly. The instructions didn’t really mentions which lines and ports on the system were which, just where to hook them up for a sink install. I was wondering if you had any info on which line is good water and which is waste. I assumed the red tube was waste and mine came with 2 3/8 blue tubes. One in the FAUCET port, the other in the TANK port

Thank you for your video, I did change my water filter same model but I’m still hearing water under the sink , night time when every one sleeping we can still hear this noise

Hi Jim I have the same exact reversed osmosis system like yours. After changing all filters and membrane it keep having sucking air noise from the faucet hole ( AIR RELEASE ?). for 3 days. Then I bought a brand new tank also I took all filters out again to double check make sure everything are in place. It looks really good. However, the sucking air noise is still there from faucet ( spigot). Then I went to Home depot get myself a new faucet put it in and the problem is NOT going away. Any suggestion . TIA

Mine makes that air noise when it is filtering water then it stops. I would call the company and see if they can help.

Had the same issue. I bought new filters and it just kept running put no water coming out of faucet. I bought another set of filters straight from the company web site and it worked perfectly. Maybe try that, my originals came from Amazon

I just bought a house with the same filter system. what is the filter on top, the horizontal one above the three filters? is that a filter that needs changed? thanks Chris

It is the membrane filter it gets changed every 2 -5 years. Depending on the incoming water conditions and the amount of the reverse osmosis system is used if you notice a reduction in water production or an unpleasant taste you may need to replace your membrane. I will be making a video probably Jan or February changing my membrane. So if your subscribed keep watching my channel. Hope this helps.

depends on your water pressure but i here my water also running a lot i think there is a seal that is going bad call the company you can order a new one but to warn you i have done this and my filter is running a lot again. I am thinking about buying a different one. Sorry i can not help you more

that is the membrane filter only needs changed every 3-4 years i think i do not have the manual in front of me. I plan on changing it soon i just ordered a new Membrane filter.
