I want an OG Robecca so bad, she’s one of my favorite Dolls 🥺

I was in middle school during the hight of my doll era, and I love all sorts of crafts so I really wanted to try re rooting, but it didn’t work out how I wanted. Obviously I knew that the first tries are never perfect, but as a pre teen I had very limited time and resources and I was scared of ruining my dolls further. In hindsight, I actually don’t think I did that bad of a job. The biggest issues I think, were the bulkiness of the hair (which was ether a wrong type or I simply used too much), and the glue (which I definitely used to much). Also I could not get rid of the volume so it kept sticking out. After that I think I only did a few fixes and a couple of hair streaks, but I’m still bummed that I never truly got the hang of it…😅

Thanks a lot. I watched other videos about doll's reroot , and I have almost all the materials for customize a doll. It's pretty excited finally making this tecnique.

In videos I watched a few years ago the reroot tool method didn't seem like it would hold as well as the knot method and for some reason I remember the tool being way more complicated...that could be mad memory on my part! This is pretty helpful, thank you!! I have been debating if I want to reroot my g3 clawdeen doll cuz I don't know how I feel about the poly hair, and the light color. I just think a darker brown would look so good on her! This video will definitely help with her, and other monster high customs in the future!

Congrats on 1M! Looking forward to the stream, the last one was so fun! I didn't end up getting anything but it was really nice to just hang out with other doll people. To celebrate it would be cool if you did a livestream here on YT while you customize a doll or restyle some hair or reorganize a doll shelf or something. Crazy would be a 24 hour doll customizing challenge to like reroot and restyle a doll completely on 24 hours lol. Just rerooting takes so long I can't imagine

i used a Latch-hook took to pull-out hair...the tool i used to make rugs back in the 80s.

I like watching you reroute dolls that is so cool I have tried to drop a few hints to some of my friends on here about doing a native American doll made from a monster high doll my favorite thing to do when I was able to make horse lamps but if I could I would make a monster high doll into a native American I just love watching somebody make dolls look beautiful again you have a blessed day

I hate to pester but I need help desperately! I heat soaked my 13 wishes howleens blunt bangs and they lost all their definition!
