Where can we find the webinar about searching liens ? I purchased the online kit and did not see any thing so far. With Tax Lien Certificates are other liens problematic ? I also purchased a report on a property from a company for $1 and it had list of owners and title holders but no liens as far as I could see.

I looked trhough some counties in FL and the results showed 0.25% on the Lien Cert. Auctions apparently large Banks like Florida and spend $millions on Lien Cert. and bid down to the lowest with the intention of getting the 5% minimum ? Perhaps with rates being so high maybe they wont be so low on the bid.

Great question, it really depends on how much you want to invest and your strategy. Like mentioned below by the Note Doctor its not necessary in all situations. Many investors start in their own name and then as their business grows the set up an LLC. But in can make a lot of sense to set up an LLC if you are buying tax deeds. Hope this helps! Thanks, Stephen
