I am not really sure if there is a limit. I've seen some palapas that have several loungers under them but never really paid much attention. Sorry I don't have a better answer and thanks for watching!

High season tends to be major US holidays and February and March.

Thanks for the video. What if you want to go out at say 7pm after the sun goes down. Can you reserve a palapa for evening? Also, when you reserve palapa does that include chairs? Do I get to say party of 3 so I need 3 chairs in the app?

I am not sure you indicate the number of people in the app. They do provide chairs. I am not sure you can reserve just for the evening, but most people are gone by then and palapas are empty. Though I don't know if they lock up the loungers.

We go thru Interval International and we have always got a Reservation in April and we have done this for the last 6 years. Absolutely love it and no worries about Hurricanes. The weather is Great and the Restaurants are very similar to USA. You have to go down at 6:45 AM to get chairs around the pool or Lazy River and then you have to stay there until 7:00 AM and then you have 45 minutes to go eat Breakfast and come back and reclaim your chairs that you have Tagged with the Chair Tags provided by the Front Desk during Checkin. Good Luck and Enjoy the Lazy River as it is Fantastic!!!

Based on our experience when we were there, they weren't removing tags after 45 minutes. I would think it would probably take them an hour or more just to remove all the tags of empty chairs. Perhaps they are more strict during high season. Thanks for checking out the video.

Can you just plop a towel on the sand and lay there? Or do you have to have a palapa?

I suppose you can, but I am not aware of any beach umbrella rentals. There is a vendor that rents chairs and umbrellas along the water's edge.

I’d like to find out how you can even get reservations at this location!?! I haven’t tried but just trying to get in Marco island is tough!

Aruba Surf Club can be hard to reserve. If you own points you need to be looking to reserve at your first opportunity. Depending on how many points you own that would be at 12 or 13 months from checkin. Crystal Shores is also difficult, but are you looking for reservations 12 and 13 months in advance?

@@DestinationTimeshare well we own a week plus 1000 points so I guess about 3400 points(mane more) but not sure if I can reserve that far out?

@@michelekreisman5023 You could reserve for for 7+ nights at 12 months out. That said, you would probably do better trading your week through Interval International. That is how we stayed at the Surf Club in June 2023.

Now that everyone is encouraged to rent it's almost impossible unless you want to sit at your computer endlessly. Horrible it was never like this in the past. Also adding members from Vistana hasn't helped.

How does the evening (night before) reservation work for 100-800? Are there just a small amount available at that time and the rest at 7am day of?

I believe, but could be wrong, that half are available the evening before and anything remaining the morning of.

Are next day reservation go for the same price or premium? Are free reservations available in advance as well? Sounds like most would be taken a day before... When I was there before. Advance reservations weren't available...

I believe the prices are the same. THough the free palapas might only be able to be booked same day. Not 100% sure on that one though. I understand that half of the palaps are available for reservation the day before and half the next day. You can actually go to the link from home and check out what is available the night before and the day of to see how things might be booking up.
