Before you reset the light make sure to tell people to change oil because the lights mean it's time to change oil

@@AccentBwoy Yup that's what I understand. I guess resetting it resets the clock back to 0 miles, so i will start counting again after that.

You don't have to have the van running with the first reset. Just ignition on and it will work the same.

8000 miles .no way That is the very thing that ruins an engine .Specially in L A ..to much heat in the engine.

Yeah, the owner’s manual says to change the oil (0W-20) at 10,000 miles unless the owner is driving the vehicle in extreme conditions. But the interval computer is auto set at 5,000 miles. Go figure.

I got an oil and about a week after I notice the maintenance require light soon if I reset like in the video will it do it anything bad?
